How to fix error code 5 please

I tried connect in my I phone to see the camera and I see a message HTTP connection failed. What I need to do to fix? THANKS

I just got 2 new HD cameras and when I change to high resolution in Fish Eye I,m unable to save the setting. Otherwise works well. I wish they would fix this problem.

Been having this issue since August 1, 2017. Uninstalled app and then re-installed by still unable to login. Cannot find any useful information on how to resolve this issue. When I click on the "Report a Problem" link (on this "Write a Review" box" it only takes me to Googles search page.

To the developer of this app please do an update.

After 1.5 years of having this app, Im still dealing with bad experience with reliability and functionality of this app. Its almost impossible to search archived video and run alerts. There is no email support nor updates to this app. ***please do something*** To release new version with improvements

Its not working on my iPhone 6 and i need this mop for my camera system at work .

Very frustrating I just installed a security camera I was able to view on my i phone for only 1 day. Every time I try to Log in it shows fail to connect code 0 , 5,7,8. If you're going to buy any security camera sistem and if only copareble with this app SUPERLIVEPRO Don't do it unless they upgrade it.

Mostly works - much of the time. Biggest frustration is all the crashing when changing phone from vertical to horizontal. Slow response. Still crashing almost every time changing orientation.

After purchasing an expensive HD security camera system, this Superlive Pro app was downloaded on our iPhones and iPads to access our security system. To say we are unhappy is an understatement because we made it clear that we needed to access our system from both iPhones and iPads. This app barely works on an iPhone. This app now barely loads, it times out, takes forever to load the cameras, takes more time for HD resolution to load, there is no real time streaming video, no "live" cameras, the screens freeze and change every 3-15 seconds, there is a lag in the cameras, and even the time is wrong. This app does NOT work on iPads. They expect you to use the "formatted for iPhone" version on your iPad which means you are viewing a stretched out version with bad distorted resolution. Where is the support for this app? Its hard to believe that we spent our hard earned money on a quality HD CCTV security camera system only to be told this superlive Pro app was our only way to remotely access our cameras... wa wa wa... what a let down. Having to rely on this app makes our CCTV security system useless. This is H O R R I B L E...!

I spent way to much money to have this mobile app not working! Im a victim of domestic violence and DO NOT FEEL SAFE WITH YOUR ENTIRE SYSTEM! This is bs! Fix the app to work on the iphone7.

Sometimes it works but most of the time it doesnt… Always says failed to connect code 7 or code 5… Very frustrating

It run slow even on wifi take long time To load all cameras and even individual Camera too need some improvement In pro and live both apps

This app hasnt worked in over two weeks. Someone needs to stay on top of updates. Whats the point in having security cameras if you cant view them? Everyone I speak to who uses this app is having the same issue.
