Why is the update taking for ever its been three days fix it nowwwwwwww and leave it the way it was

The app constantly crashes and hangs, is loaded is also not the first time. Work can be assessed on 3 of 5. The iphone 6 plus, iphone 7 plus.

Very slow to view cameras. Need to use one IP address when away, and another when on my own network. That is a pain. How can I select which cameras open up? Sliding between cameras is also an unpleasant issue. Swann app works much better than this. Disappointed.

Im having hard time to log in it keeps saying connection fail I need help does anyone know why this are happening

Like many others have already stated, this app will NOT connect using wi-fi. It will only connect while using cellular data, which is not helpful!

The app work fine for a while, then the H TTP error came A week after that my wife had the same error code, and now it is useless

I would like to say thank you for fixing this app after four months of not working. My camera were working fine however since the app has been down you cant go back and review the data from camera for the four months the app was down, which is very frustrating. I believe something was stolen off my property while I was out of town but guess what I cant tell because I can go back and view.

I am trying to download a free program - Superlive-pro for Windows 10. I had it on my computer this past year but someone accidently deleted it. I am trying to reinstall it which has to be done thru Itunes yet it will not let me download the program. I did input my apple ID and password but was suppose to get a message where I could click on acquire but it never came up. Please someone, let me know how I can download this program. Thank you.

Please fix this error. Continually receiving this error on both my iPhone and iPad.

This is ridiculous that this app is never working!

This app works maybe 50% of the time. When it does work, it will most often close as the phone is rotated to view it. Ive double checked all the other components and its clearly Superlive Pro that is failing.

This app used to work fine , But a week ago it started to show http connection failed no matter what I did . This app needs to be updated!!!

Wish you could actually skim through it easier but if you try you end up skipping some motions detected. Please fix bugs.

The update made it worse! Fix this!

After being able to use it for the better part of a year suddenly the "http connection failed" is a constant error message, leaving me unable to monitor my business. Super frustrating!
