APP needs to be compatible with LTE. APP only works with wifi. Once you leave the house app does not work without wifi. APP needs to be updated to be compatible with LTE.
I have an iphone plus. I use superlivepro for surveillance at 2 different locations. Recently i have connection problem with 1 location. When log on, it says HTTP connection failed. Logging on from a different device works, a galaxy phone, but not on iphone. Apple tested my iphone 6plus & determined its an app issue.
This has been an ongoing issue. Please fix the app. I purchased this product to have security at my location that I could view at any time yet I get a http error issue. Please check the app and fix it. Very disappointing.
Was good, still is on my iPad. As of last update, my iPhone (6s running 9.0) will not connect, getting "http connection failed"
Hopefully App makers have read enough connection problems re Apple Devices, and will correct issue like you did back in April. HTTP Connection Failed; Connect Faild, Faild (sic) code:7 & Connection Timed Out... HELLLLPPP!!!
I upgraded to iOS 10 on my Apple iphone , Seems that your app is not supportingthe upgrade.it works fine from my iPad.just letting you know that your app needs to be upgraded to support iOS 10.

Remote camera do not work making with app worthless.
Connection success rate less than 5%. Google earth would be a better choice for updated images of your home and yard.

Was working fine for the first two weeks. Now it will not log in and I keep getting the HTTP Connection failed. Ive deleted and reinstalled several time with no change. Using iPhone 6s Plus and iPad. Thought it could be the iOS upgrade but my spouses iPhone iOS hasnt been upgraded and has the same problem.

When will you have an update??? Im also getting HTTP Connection Failed message Also, the option to see a certain timeframe was a lot easier last year and its frustrating with the new way you designed it to navigate through the past video and manually move curser around.
Very responsive. Have had any lag yet. Was able to look at backup with easy. Not sure if I can play sound or not..
The app has always been slow, but worked. Now I cant open the app. The installer of my cameras, and the person who connected the cameras to the app came over because we kept getting a code 5 error that wouldnt allow us to enter the app. After several attempts of deleting and reinstalling the app with no luck, the technician said something is definitely wrong with the app because we could still have access to the cameras via our direct connection from our monitors. The builders of this app have an obligation to get this app in "tip top" shape so it will be a 5 star app. Right now this app is useless and cant be recommended to anyone; this is a bad investment, its a "dont get" for now.
This app always has error http connection failed. It seems to be the major complaint for all that uses the app.
