Impossible to connect anymore. I tried everything, restarts, consultations with my internet provider. All the time HTTP CONNECTION FAILED. My husband has the same phone, the same settings and works fine. Magic.

App needs to be optimized overall. I have blazing fast internet speeds on both ends (internet where my cameras are on site and on my device that I use to view them off site) both down stream and up stream are consistent, fast networks yet there are times when there is some delay or lag when viewing my cameras off site. Also the application crashes every so often which is not ideal. I use an iPhone 6s+ and an iPad. Both have the same issues of occasional lag and application crash.

Cant replay video in portrait mode..otherwise good app.. Please fix

It worked first few days but then it never connects. Its very crappy. I hope there is another better app available.

This is ridiculous. You guys need to get your act together...

I am continuously getting the "http error message connection failed" when trying to connect to my companies camera system. This is very at that an app that doesnt work is being promoted to use in order to connect to security systems!!! This needs to be corrected!!

Was working fine on both wifi and cell data on my Iphone 6S plus until I started getting the HTTP Connection Failed message whenever I try to use it. I reset network settings, Ive deleted and reinstalled the app many times, no matter what I do I keep getting the error message and cannot use the app. Every other app on my phone works perfectly. This is the only app Im having a connection problem with. PLEASE HELP WITH A FIX

Its it or miss wether it connects to view cameras. Quality of playback is good. However, when trying to view history doesnt perform well.... It is rather complicated. You can only slighly speed up playback and its prone to freeze.

I was really looking forward to being able to use this app to be able to "see" what is going on at my location. While it worked for a bit (after having to create two log ins [one for being on location and one for when away]), I started to get error codes...failed code 5 or failed code 7, connection timeout or please set nat server info...these are just a few. I have had the person who installed everything look at this, they have no problem with the application on their smartphone...and then the comment is "its an apple thing" (they have a different phone). Why??? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application to NO success. It baffles me why there is this problem out there.. PLEASE fix this issue so that people can successfully use your application. I never give reviews, but this is beyond ridiculous that there are many people having similar issues.
